Choose a Japanese sake to go with Roasted Duck Breast from the New Menu.
The slow-cooked duck breast is juicy and tender. It is characterized by the strong flavor of duck breast and the sweetness of fat. For dishes with such a strong flavor, we recommend "Dassai 45", which has the same strong flavor but has a refreshing, clear, and smooth taste.
It cleanly drains the fat of the duck meat, so it will recommend you to eat the food. Of course, it is good to drink it easily in a glass, but at Rin-Tei, we recommend the "Dassai Flight" where you can compare drinks with other Dassai.
