Japan Sake and Food Pairing -PART3-

This is the third pairing introduced by Chef Yasu of Rin-Tei.

For this round, we’ve selected a Japanese sake to pair with a new appetizer on Rin-Tei’s menu: Crispy Fried Brussels Sprouts. These Brussels sprouts are fried to a savory crisp and dressed with a balsamic-based sauce. The natural sweetness of the sprouts and the umami of the balsamic pair beautifully with Japanese sake. While this dish also goes wonderfully with beer, we recommend the robustly flavorful “Tenbu Junmai Daiginjo” for an exquisite umami synergy.

Enjoy a glass casually, or try our “Special Sake Flight” available at Rin-Tei, perfect for tasting and comparing different flavors. As a companion to this appetizer that whets the appetite for our new main dishes, we invite you to experience the harmony of flavor with “Tenbu Junmai Daiginjo” or “Special Sake Flight”.
